Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the G20 Presidency and the Collective Research and Innovation Initiative (RIIG) activities aimed at coordinating cooperation between G20 participating countries in strengthening research and innovation collaboration by sharing facilities, infrastructure and funding, and using biodiversity to support the green and blue economy. This is in line with the appointment of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) as a coordinator in the management of National Talent Management in the field of research and innovation in order to achieve the target of Vision Indonesia 2045 which is one of the goals for increasing the contribution of science and technology in development in the form of increasing exports of medium-high-tech innovation products. National Talent Management Management in the field of research and innovation is divided into 3 stages, namely short-term, medium-term, and long-term achievements.
