Presidensi G20 Indonesia Sebagai Momentum Percepatan Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik
Abstract
The G20 presidency in Indonesia, which carries out 3 (three) priority issues, namely the global health architecture, digital transformation, and sustainable energy transition, has provided a great opportunity to develop more actual policies. Along with the G20 momentum, it is important for Indonesia to innovate in order to accelerate the improvement of the quality of public services. Policies that were originally traditional in nature need to be changed into data-based policies so that they can be accelerated for the community. This article describes how the G20 Presidency became a turning point in public service policies in Indonesia. Public service policies that are integrated with free data and have an impact on improving the quality of public services so that the national economy recovers.
