Abstract

Indonesia adheres to a presidential system that the president can establish a Medium TermDevelopment Plan(RPJMN). According to Article 19 of Law 25/2004, President JokoWidodo has the right to not continue the public policies inherited from President SusiloBambang Yudoyono, one of them is the elimination of alternative energy priority programs.This articleasks “what is the impact of removing alternative energy programs on the qualityof national energy security policies?”.
